As their business gained traction, Sustain approached us to develop a strategic visual identity that would better reflect their position in the market. Specialising in risk assessment for the hospitality sector, the brand needed to communicate authority, trust and precision – while remaining visually clean, modern and corporate.
I led the project from concept through to execution, beginning with a strategic review of their core offering, target clients and industry tone. From this, I developed a brand mark that subtly referenced the idea of risk and assessment without feeling alarmist – balancing clarity with control.
The identity system was designed to be flexible across channels and scalable as the business grew. I oversaw the rollout across both print and digital, ensuring consistency in layout, tone and messaging – from presentation decks and stationery to online assets and documentation. The result was a confident, professional brand that aligned visually with the service it delivered: structured, considered and reliable.
