I worked closely with the founder of Nicky B’s to create a full-service brand from the ground up — shaping everything from strategic positioning and visual identity to the physical in-store experience. The goal was to develop a brand that felt fresh, playful and modern, while still delivering a high-quality, premium offering.
The project included naming exploration, logo design, typography, colour palette, tone of voice and packaging — all tailored to bring out the brand’s distinctive personality. I also designed signage, menu systems, wall treatments and branded environmental graphics to ensure the in-store experience felt cohesive, welcoming and visually ownable.
From packaging to point-of-sale, every detail was considered to give Nicky B’s a confident visual language — one that stands out in a competitive food retail market and gives customers a brand they want to return to. The result is a vibrant, detail-driven sandwich bar that balances personality with professional polish.
